Calaprice Bianco IGP Puglia – Amastuola

Light straw-yellow coloured and bright with greenish reflections. Scent with a discreet but intriguing impact, fruity notes reminiscent of Golden apples, azaroles and hints of citrus peel. Well-balanced taste with a pleasant acid/mineral structure and a good enveloping and full-bodied texture, finally leaves room for a delicately fruity finish that recalls the olfactory notes.
