Right to Return or Exchange Without Giving a Reason
Customers have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days of purchase without needing to provide a reason, as long as the item is in its original, unused condition.
Return or Exchange Due to Defects or Non-Conformity
If the product is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications, customers can return or exchange it within 30 days. In such cases, Newborn will either replace the item or accept the return and issue a full refund for the purchase amount.
How to Return or Exchange Products:
- Condition of Returned Products: All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, just as they were when received.
- Shipping Costs: If the return is processed by a representative and no deposit has been made, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. However, if the product is defective and it is the only item in the order, Newborn will cover the return shipping fees. If other non-defective items are returned, the customer will need to pay for their shipping, while Newborn will cover the shipping for the replacement product.
- Initiating a Return: To start the return process, please contact us via WhatsApp. After confirming the request, we will arrange a courier to pick up the product from the address associated with your order.
Return Process Overview:
- Courier Pickup: Once the courier picks up the returned product, it will undergo an inspection to confirm that it is in its original condition. The return and inspection process typically takes 5-7 business days.
- Refund Process: After the inspection is complete and the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. The refund will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
Returns Policy for Premium and Value Customers:
- Branch Returns: Returns or exchanges cannot be processed at our branches and must be handled through our representative.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds. Instead, we will issue a purchase voucher for the refund amount, which can only be used for placing a new order online.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for items that are not defective or incorrect.
- Return Process: A representative will collect the returned items, and once the condition is verified, a full refund will be issued for the order value.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
- Defective or Incorrect Products: Newborn will cover the return shipping fees for defective or incorrect products. Once the product is returned, a purchase voucher will be issued for either a new order or resending the same product if available.
Exceptions to Our Return and Exchange Policy:
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items that have been washed, ironed, damaged, or are no longer in their original condition, as well as shoes that are missing their original packaging.
- Products from which the price tags or brand labels have been removed.
- Underwear, beachwear, capes, scarves, watches, accessories, wallets, perfumes, and tassels.
- Returns made more than 14 days after the delivery date will not be accepted.
Returns During Promotional Periods:
If a full order is returned during a promotion, the refund will exclude shipping costs. Any new purchases will be subject to the current promotional terms.
