A new flavour, Panettone with Pistachio is made only with natural sourdough and the dough passes through a 48-hour double fermentation. It’s filled with white chocolate. It could be enriched using a sac à poche filled with pistachio cream. The structure is extremely soft and it’s made to satisfy the most experimental and demanding palates.
It’s completely free from preservatives, semi-finished products, flavourings and vegetable fats. 100% prepared by hand with passion since 1882, in keeping with tradition.
