Rosso di Langa is a small format, mixed milk cheese made by Caseificio dell’Alta Langa, a fifth generation family-owned creamery in northern Italy. Rosso is washed with brine and annatto to amplify the fruity, funky notes in this classic, cow and sheep’s milk cheese.
